Recent freezing temperatures have caused a lot of burst pipes and leaks and our teams are working to fix these as quickly as we can. We're following COVID-19 guidelines to keep you and our teams safe and well.
This means it may take us a little longer than usual to fix some leaks. The quickest and easiest way to find out if a leak has been reported and to check the progress of the fix is by visiting our Leak Map.
We have a team of dedicated customer service specialists, all based locally. Their key mission is to repair leaks and keep you posted about what’s going on.
