Project to replace a failing pumping main from Aislaby Road Pumping Station to Allens West, Eaglescliffe.

Just a brief update to let everyone know that this project is currently being reviewed (including the scope of the work that is planned); this means that construction is unlikely to start in April, as estimated previously. Once the review is complete and we are more confident of scope and programme we'll provide an update.
