The proposed work will involve relaying approximately 73m of surface water sewer and approximately 68m of foul sewer approximately 7m off-line, mainly in the car park area between Unit 1 Enterprise City and Enterprise House, Spennymoor, with the remainder just beyond the set of security gates North of Enterprise House.
REDUCING THE RISK OF FLOODING AND LOOKING AFTER THE ENVIRONMENT ARE TWO OF OUR TOP PRIORITIES. AS PART OF THIS COMMITMENT, WE PLAN TO INVEST IN THE SEWERAGE NETWORK NEAR/AT ENTERPRISE PARK, SPENNYMOOR TO UPGRADE OUR EXISTING ASSETS.
