Update by Joan Tatters

Good Afternoon,

Just thought I'd introduce you to my new "partner in crime", Gemma James, who has just joined the Customer Service Team at MMB.

Today we came visit some residents and we would just like to thank them for their kind hospitality, the tea was most welcome after the down pour.

Gemma was really taken aback when she saw exactly what the CEden Team were doing, it was a great experience she said.

Here is a photo of her so please say hello!
