We are upgrading the sewer network. This will increase the resilience and reliability of the network and will involve installing 240 meters of surface water sewer pipe in the area of Guisborough Road, Beverley Road and York Road. We will work closely with the local authority regarding the reinstatement of roads when the works are completed.
Looking after the Environment and reducing the risk of flooding to homes and businesses are two of our top priorities.
As Part of this commitment and to help make sure Nunthorpe is a great place to live, work and visit, we are investing over £300,000.00 to increase the capacity of our sewer network in this area.
This scheme which will begin approx 16th July 2018, will improve the performance and resilience of our sewer network in the Guisborough Road, Beverly Road and York Road, Nunthorpe area. Our partner MMB will be carrying out this work on our behalf.
