Update by Richard Greenwell

Hi everyone,

I'm Richard Greenwell and I'm Northumbrian Water's Project Manager for the work we are planning to carry out in your area. Along with my colleague Sarah-Jayne Parvin and the rest of the project team we will be keeping you updated as the project progresses.

We have recently sent a letter to customers in the vicinity of our proposed work in and around Heads Hope Dene to let them know a little about our proposals. We’d really like to hear your views on this essential work and how we can work with you to minimise any disruption you and your community may experience.  If you have any queries or comments please get in touch using the ‘Contact us’ button at the top of the page. We’d really like to hear from you.
