Together with our supply partner, Interserve, we plan to carry out work between 7th January 2019 to 29th March 2019 This essential work is part of an investment programme of over £2 million and will include essential work refurbishing the Sewage Treatment Works at Kirklevington. This will improve the quality of the wastewater treatment. The STW will remain fully operational while we work on the site and there will be no impact on the waste water service we provide to you. Construction traffic will need access to the STW and utilise the highway during this period however access will not be affected and we do not anticipate traffic control We are working closely with our supply partner to make sure any disruption is kept to a minimum. If you are going to be directly affected by our work, our site team will let you know in advance. Typical working hours will be Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 6.00pm. You may see some increase in vehicle movement. Hello I am am the customer manager for Interserve Construction on this project which we are carrying out with NWL. I have already visited the area and spoken with some residents about our plans. While our work is going on I will be at the site as much as possible and will be available to talk to about any of your concerns or suggestions you may have.
