Together with our supply partner, Interserve, we plan to carry out work between 7th January 2019 to 29th March 2019 This essential work is part of an investment programme of over £2 million and will include essential work refurbishing the Sewage Treatment Works at Kirklevington. This will improve the quality of the wastewater treatment. The STW will remain fully operational while we work on the site and there will be no impact on the waste water service we provide to you. Construction traffic will need access to the STW and utilise the highway during this period however access will not be affected and we do not anticipate traffic control We are working closely with our supply partner to make sure any disruption is kept to a minimum. If you are going to be directly affected by our work, our site team will let you know in advance. Typical working hours will be Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 6.00pm. You may see some increase in vehicle movement. Hi everyone
We have almost completed the base for the filter. For the next few days we will be concentrating on metal work, constructing the cages and framework for the filter to be seated on.
The filter should be on site sometime next week and we will be able to start electrical work.
Because of supply issues we may have to extend the completion date of the project slightly, I will update you all on this next week.
