Rothbury STW Upgrade

This investment at Rothbury sewage treatment works is to improve storm storage and biological treatment to meet the demands of an increasing population in the catchment of Rothbury. Our sewage treatment works aids NWL in improving the quality of rivers and coastal waters for the benefit of people, the environment and wildlife.

Good morning,

Following on from my previous post, I thought I'd post a quick update of progress on site over the last three weeks.

Prior to the HSAF installation, the steel reinforcement and shutters have been constructed ready for the concrete to be poured for the base of the HSAF. Please see the photos below which shows the steel reinforcement and shutters.

The wiring for the MCC (Motor Control Centre) Panel has been connected to the rest of site.

We'll be in touch once we have confirmation on our HSAF delivery!
