Good Afternoon Everyone

I hope you all remain well, as you will have seen this essential construction work is now well underway. I would like to let you know that the trenchless installation of the rising main (pumped sewer) has gone really well, the pipeline is now installed and currently being tested. We anticipate to have the drive pit, seven parking bays in the central parking area, reinstated early next week. The reception pit, two bays at the junction of Dial Place with Bridge Street, should be available early week commencing 19th February. We will keep you advised of progress

I must reiterate that parking restrictions will remain in place for the duration of this project. Parking around the perimeter of Dial Place is prohibited through the working week, enforcement action is being taken. This is required to ensure that access to the working areas is safely maintained, signage is in place to direct vehicles to the alternative parking off Beach Road.

I am continuing to work with the highways team at Northumberland County Council, we are making every effort to minimise disruption. I would like to thank you again for your patience and understanding while we carry out this work. If you have any queries please feel free to contact me via this portal or by ringing our Customer Contact Centre on 0345 717 1100. I will be pleased to help.
