Tindale STW

Together with our supply partner, Interserve, we plan to carry out work between 28th November 2018 to 28th February 2019 ( We will not be working over the Christmas period). This essential work is part of an investment programme of over £2 million and will include essential work refurbishing the Sewage Treatment Works at Tindale. This will improve the quality of the wastewater treatment. The STW will remain fully operational while we upgrade the site and there will be no impact on the waste water service we provide to you. Construction traffic will need access to the STW and utilise the highway during this period however access will not be affected and we do not anticipate traffic control We are working closely with our supply partner to make sure any disruption is kept to a minimum. If you are going to be directly affected by our work, our site team will let you know in advance. Typical working hours will be Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 6.00pm. You may see some increase in vehicle movement.
