Toffee Factory - Ouseburn

We are working with our Framework Partners ESH-MWH to rehabilitate the Ouseburn Sewer that is suffering ingress of water from the Ouseburn.

Good afternoon,

My name is Christine Taylor, the Customer Service Manager for Esh-MWH, working on behalf of Northumbrian Water.

You may have noticed that we are working in your area outside the Toffee Factory, alongside the Ouseburn Barrage. We are carrying out essential maintenance to the existing sewer network which entails lining the existing sewer, we expect these works to be completed by 21 December 2018.

As our works proceed we will be updating this page with our progress and hopefully photos. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding our work or want any further information.
