Good Afternoon

Just a brief update to confirm that yesterday we completed the final connection of our new pipework to the existing main within the estate, we are now today backfilling, surfacing and tidying the site, the machine & fencing etc will be removed tomorrow 17th january 2019 am before 10, all that remains is to final surface a section of path outside No.100 which will be done by our subcontractor in the next few days and seed the grass verge areas, this will be monitored over the next 3 months to ensure it takes to the standard it was before we arrived and can then be maintained by the grounds maintenance contractor for the estate thereafter.

I would like to thank everyone for their patience whilst we have been in this location.

Kind Regards

Good Morning

Just a brief update on our works at Miller Close Killingworth, it may appear that we aern't doing much on site but rest assured we have been completing pressure testing and chlorination of the main that we have installed, we are now in a position to carry out tuesday next week the connection of the New main to the existing in the footway adjacent the layby, this will result in a loss of water supply from 9 am for a brief time, thereafter we will complete the bakfill and final reinstatement works to the area.

You will be card dropped on this by Northumbrian water's local workgroup.

Hope you have a great weekend.

Happy New Year...

Just thought i'd provided a brief update, we have now recommenced the works at Miller Close Killingworth to expose the pipe ends ready for Chlorination and testing works next tuesday, once this is completed we will have to wait a period of a few days for the water sample results to be returned, we will be therefore looking to "tie in" this new pipework to the existing on Tuesday 15th January 2019 from 9am for a short window where the water supply will be turned off, cards will be posted by Northumbrian water in due course however we will keep you briefed on this nearer the time.

I trust you have had a great christmas and new year.
