GENERAL PROJECT

Washington Sewage Treatment Works Refurbishment

As part of a £14 million investment, we will be carrying out work to improve the performance and reliability of Washington Sewage Treatment Works. This work will ensure it continues to provide the highest standards of service for the local community.

Update by Ronnie Doran

Hi Everyone,

I'm Ronnie Doran, Northumbrian Water's Project Manager for the investment work we are planning at Washington Sewage Treatment Works (STW). Along with the rest of the project team we will be keeping you updated as the project progresses.

We aim to start work soon but before we do we are also holding a customer information session at Teal Farm Community Pub on Wednesday 27 November 2019 between 3.30pm and 7pm. This is an opportunity for you to find out more about our planned work, meet the project team and discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

If you can't make it you can always use the 'Contact us' button at the top of this page if you have any queries or would like to speak to the project team.  Whichever way is best, we'd really like to hear from you.
