Hi everyone

Firstly sorry about the work early this morning I hope it did not disturb anyone too much. We try to avoid early starts on sites next to residential housing where possible and only do so when absolutely necessary. We are also going to have an early start next Tuesday morning, we will try to minimise work as much as possible and that work should be mainly indoors so shouldnt make too much noise. Please get in touch if this causes you any problems and thank you all for bearing with us. Brian

Good morning

We need to inform you about works scheduled to happen this week.

On Wednesday 19th September we will be commencing breaking out works at the site this will involve breaking up existing structures with power tools and may cause some noise.

We will do our best to reduce noise and disturbance; for example we will be using mechanical saws instead of jackhammers. Some noise may be noticeable but will be minimised as far as possible.

These works are scheduled to go on for 7 working days so should be complete by next Thursday.

We will continue to work 8-5 Monday to Friday during these works.

If you have any concern that you or anyone else in the area may be adversely affected by this please get in touch.

Thank you for your patience during this part of the works.

Hello everyone my name is Brian Hall and I am responsible for customer issues on the sewage pumping station programme. Our objective is to carry out a high standard of work to improve the station and the network while minimising any impact on the local community. I will try to share as much information with you as possible and will make sure I am available for you to speak to if you have any concerns or questions. I was in the area on Friday evening putting letters through doors and trying to speak to as many people as possible, I will be back around once we have arrived at site. Brian
