We have a new foreman and a new Contract Manager as well, have a look at their photos.

Don't forget the team will be working every Saturday until Christmas and possibily into early 2017.

Hello,

Just a quick update..............from 22nd October (Saturday) you will notice our Site Team will be working!!!!

From then until Christmas they will be working most Saturdays; as we want to get the job done before the rosie cheeked and red suited chap is upon us!!!!

You shouldn't be affected by their presence, however you will still see the machinery..........oh! and just a

reminder the path along Addington Drive will remain closed, so don't forget to use the opposite side of the road everyone.

Thanks and hope you have a great weekend.

Good Afternoon,

Just a progress report on site...........a substantial amount of work has been complete in Bewick Park and there are some final minor tasks to finish. The work along Addington Drive is progressing well although the footpath running along the working area by Addington Drive will remain closed due to the heavy duty machines being near by. It would be greatly appreciated if you would use the footpath on the opposite side during this time.

We can't thank you enough during this time and we do try to keep the disturbance to a minimum..........Oh and the Site Team want to say thank you for the cuppas you have given them.......Cheers!!!!

Update by Joan Tatters

Hello

Today we have started the work on the sewer, unfortunately we need to close the road into the cul-de-sac and this work will

affect houses 1-40. The access will be restricted so if you can park your car elsewhere we would appreciate it.

The access is expected to be restricted until Thursday between 8.30am and 5pm.

We have established the pipe adjacent to the existing manhole is surrounded in part by concrete and we need to remove it

so we can install the new pipework. Using specialised machinery to remove the concrete can be noisy so you may find the

noise levels may increase during this work.

Please be assured we will do all we can to minimise any disruption to you and your neighbours throughout the work.

Thanks again for you assistance and patience.

Just thought I'd give you the "heads up"...............

Darren informs me during some time next week he will need to close the road into the cul-de-sac that serve house numbers 1-40. He has promised he will drop you in a postcard the day before to give you all notice as it will affect those of you you who have cars. So keep your eyes peeled !!!!

Have a great Bank Holiday weekend.

Update by Joan Tatters

Hello,

I just thought I would introduce myself. I am Joan Tatters, Mott MacDonald Bentley's Community Liaison Manager.

By now you will have seen the work that has started at Bewick Park.

We  are very conscious of the potential impact you may be experiencing during the temporary traffic light arrangement at the junction of Bewick Park and Addington Drive, so I'd like to thank you for your co-operation now and for the next two to three weeks whilst the work continues. We have tried to minimise the disturbance by conducting the work during the school holidays so, we do hope that helps.

If you have any queries or concerns about the day to day happenings, Darren Hogg our Site Manager would be only too happy to discuss them.

Alternatively please contact me either via this portal or indeed you can email me at MMBcustomerservices@jnbentley.co.uk and I'd be more than happy to help.

Once again thank you for your patience during this time.
