Update by Christine Taylor

Good morning everyone,

As you may be aware, Northumbrian Water along with Esh-MWH are planning to install a new sewer in your area .  Residents in the area have received a letter from Chris Austin, the Project Manager from Northumbrian Water explaining the works..  As of Monday 8 January 2018, our site team will be in the area setting up to start the works.

I thought this would be a great opportunity to introduce the Esh-MWH project team who will be working closely with Chris Austin.

My name is Christine Taylor, the Customer Service Manager working for Esh-MWH on behalf of Northumbrian Water.  If anyone would like to speak to me directly please do not hesitate to message me on here and I will arrange an appointment. Over the period of the works you may see me walking around the area with the project team. Please feel free to come and introduce yourself and ask any questions you may have, alternatively you can post messages here on the portal.

Alan Croft, is the Contracts Manager for the scheme working for Esh-MWH on behalf of Northumbrian Water Ltd. He will oversee the progress of works on site, as we improve the sewer network. Alan will be helping to maintain high levels of safety, quality and customer engagement.

Steve Boyd is our Site Agent for the project, he will be working on site throughout the duration of the work; overseeing the daily operations of the scheme delivery.

Tony Birkett will be the appointed Community Liaison Officer. Some of you may meet Tony in the next few weeks when he is in the area knocking on doors. Tony will be on site regularly, providing support to the site team and the local community. He will be happy to help with any queries you may have.

If you have any queries or questions please feel free to contact one of us, we will all be happy to help.

Have a great weekend and for all those off work and school next week, enjoy!
