Update by Becky Gartland
Good morning all,
Hope you all had a lovely weekend!
A quick update for you all on how things progressed on site last week:
- Installation of the perimeter fencing and main access gates continued and are expected to be completed within the coming days.
- Following the above, temporary perimeter field boundary fencing will be installed along with the access gate to the land surrounding the Pumping Station as well as the planting of shrubs and greenery to provide screening of the fencing.
- Ground reprofiling works were temporarily postponed last week due to the poor weather conditions saturating the ground, however this will recommence today and continue across the coming weeks.
- Further works were carried out on grouting the spring assisted covers within the Valve Chamber along with topsoiling operations within the surrounding footpaths.
- The final wearing course of the tarmac access road is due to take place next week.
I will continue to keep you all updated of our progress and if you have any questions, please get in touch.
Have a lovely week!
Thank you
Becky
