We are working with communities to proactively manage flood risk. We’ve identified a flood risk reduction opportunity in the Arkley Crescent and would welcome your views.

Update by Joan Tatters

Hi

Yesterday I dropped in surveys to those of you who live in Arkley Crescent, Bruce Crescent and Miers Avenue, if you get the time would you kindly complete them and send them back. For every returned form £1 will be donated to the charity WATERAID.

Whilst we are "done" it's likely we will be back for a short time as my colleague at Northumbrian Water has taken on board your comments about the gate leading onto King George field and we hopefully will be opening it soon.

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to you all, your understanding, generousity and patience has been really appreciated during the project.

I know the site team will miss the goodies they received along the way, the cake always went down a treat.

Best Wishes from us all !!!!!
