Escomb Rising Main

Project to replace a failing pumping main from Escomb Pumping Station to Etherley Moor.

Update by Sarah Jayne Parvin

Good afternoon Everyone, time for an update of where we are now and how long we can expect this to take.

You may have notice already we have some traffic management in operation at Etherley Moor, and we envisage this to be in place till the 15th Feb.

This is so we can tie in the new rising main into the main that runs down Etherley Moor, due to the amount of unmarked services in the ground, the vast majority of this will be dug by hand.

We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.

If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us, using the contact option at the top of this page.

Regards

Sarah Vickers
