Killingworth Road - wall repair

We are working hard to repair the wall on Killingworth Road - we will use this page to provide updates about the repair and also the work required to clean up and reinstate the affected area.

Update by Christine Taylor

Good morning,

This is a great day for the residents of the area, this is our farewell post as we have now completed all our works and removed our compound.  The compound area has been cleared, levelled and top soiled.  Our old site entrance has been reinstated back to the existing footpath.

We will have landscapers in the area in the next few weeks, so I will still be here, on the portal watching to ensure our customers remain happy.  Later this year, once the Environment Agency has completed works in the watercourse, we will send a team to remove our sedimats under the fall tree.  Do not hestiate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns over the next few months.

Me and Adam would like to personally thank all residents for their patience throughout the works.

Have a great weekend and a wonderful Jubilee celebration next week.

Christine and Adam
