Here I am again with a further update......

After talking to Paul today he tells me he and his team have been digging on site as the ground conditions need support for the forthcoming work........by the end of the week they will be refilled.

There will be more than normal vehicle activity this week as well as we will be taking soil off site and bringing stone in so be that little more vigilant if you are in the area.

Paul has a bright new shiney notice board at the entrance so please watch for up dates......have a look at the photo

Just thought I would introduce the team!

Paul Nicholson is the Site Agent and I am the Customer Liaison Officer so you will probably see a lot of us during this project. (I've attached our photos) 

Paul is busy setting up our site accommodation and compound which should be complete by the end of the week so you will see a little more traffic than usual.

When the construction works start we will keep you updated with our progress via the portal so please feel free to ask us any questions you may have also at the entrance of the site there will be a "Site Notice Board" where Paul and his team will post the delivery details and regular progress reports.

Hi everyone, my name is Nicholas Tudberry and I am the Project Manager for the work we are planning to undertake at Pegswood sewage treatment works. Our partners, Mott MacDonald Bentley, will be carrying out the work which will begin on 22 May 2017 and be completed in the spring of 2019.

The works are being carried out to improve the quality of the Bothal Burn watercourse for the benefit of the people, wildlife and environment.
