Good Morning,

Just thought I'd take the opportunity to thank the businesses and residents of Guisboro' for their co-operation yesterday. The MMB team were out and about in the town letting you know about the planned essential maintenance to the sewers.

The work, to repair a section of sewer pipe, will be carried out by us, Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) and Pipetek and will use ‘trenchless technology’ to avoid digging up the road.

Work will begin on Monday, 11th November 2019 and will take approximately three weeks to complete. We have been working very closely with Redcar Council and they have agreed on traffic management between the dates of 11th November to 29th November to ensure minimal impact.

The water supply will not be affected during this time.

Should you require further details please do not hesitate to contact us.

*****FRAMWELLGATE, DURHAM*****

Hi Everyone

Earlier this year, we carried out a repair of a collapsed sewer in the footpath between Framwelgate Bridge and Prebends Bridge. As a result of this repair we were able to carry out furtehr investigation down the line and found further issues that reuqire repair. From Monday 9 September 2019 we will return to the area to start the repairs. This will result in a closure of the footpath for up to four week - all access will be from the Prebends Bridge end of the footpath. We will finish as soon as we can, so please bear with us. I was in the area delivering a letter to those overlooking the work, please find a copy attached here.

I've also attached a couple of pictures of the area that I took this afternoon.

Enjoy your weekend

Hi Everyone

We're starting work on Weetslade Road Dudley on Monday 12 August 2019 where we will need access to two manholes to carry our sewer repairs.

The junction with Market Street and Station Road will be under 4 four traffic lights for up to three working days.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Please find a copy of a letter delivered to nearby properties here.

Hi Everyone

We're currently working in Pontop View in Consett. As a result of repeated blockages in the street, Northumbrian Water identified necessary repairs. We (Esh Stantec) have been carrying out these repairs since Monday 24 June 2019 and expect the work to take a total of 3 weeks.

It is anticpated that we will be able to carry out the work without digging but will need to lift the manhole covers in certain gardens to the rear.

There has been and will no impact on roads or footpaths in the area.

Have a nice weekend!

Tony
