Good afternoon!
I thought I'd let you know how the work at Pittington has been progressing.
As mentioned in my last update, the construction work to Manhole 8 is now complete, along with Manhole 7. The benching works to the Flow Control Chamber has been carried out and the cover slab has been installed. The upstand has now been poured and ready for the security lid, and the risers and steel work is currently underway to the second opening.
The top soil reinstatements have now been carried out in Fields 1 through to 10, with Field 11 still outstanding!
In Pittington STW, the electrical work is almost complete. The ductive iron pipework to the valve slab has been constructed and the paved walk ways at the SPS have been laid.
