WATER NETWORK IMPROVEMENT

Tyneside Water Network Improvements

Northumbrian Water are embarking upon an investment of over £6m in our strategic trunk mains water network in Northumberland, North Tyneside, Newcastle and Gateshead. This project is known as Pipeline Management.

Afternoon all,

As those of you using the park or living nearby will have noticed, we started back on site on Monday after a delay caused by unforeseen ground conditions and the need to re-design to adapt to this. Hopefully that's the end of those issues and we can really get going on the project.

As we are back working there will be more noise than has been the case over the past few weeks due to increased activity, labour and a couple of excavators on site and the installation of rock anchors up coming. As always we will endeavour too keep disruption to a minimum.
