GENERAL PROJECT

Valley Gardens, Consett

Looking after the environment and reducing the risk of pollution are two of our top priorities. As part of this commitment, we plan to invest within the sewerage network to construct 85m of new pipeline within Valley Gardens.

Update by Bethany Oakley

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are having a great week so far and looking forward to a long weekend!

I'd like to update you on some recent good news - we have now received the required confirmation of funding for our flood risk reduction work at Valley Gardens.

This is a huge factor which will now allow us to formalise a programme of work and once we have the relevent information, we endevour to write to customers in the area to keep them informed and up to speed with where we are.

Thank you to those who came to our first Customer Event at Valley Gardens, it was a great opportunity to hear from you and answer any questions or concerns you had.

I'd also like to thank you for your patience with myself and the rest of the Project Team and as always, if you do have any further questions or concerns, pop a comment in the box below and a member of the Project Team will respond as soon as possible.

Take care,

Bethany
