Washington Sewage Treatment Works Refurbishment

As part of a £14 million investment, we will be carrying out work to improve the performance and reliability of Washington Sewage Treatment Works. This work will ensure it continues to provide the highest standards of service for the local community.

Update by Amanda Hunt

Hi Washington

Apologies for my delay in posting a huge thank you to those of you who were able to come along to our customer event at Teal Farm Pub on 27 November. The weather on that particular evening wasnt great but the number of attendees was impressive and for me it was a great opportunity to meet some of the locals and discuss this particular project.

Earlier today I attend Leat House for the weekly project team meeting with Northumbrian Water and Mott Macdonald Bentley and took the opportunity to take a quick photo!

We will be posting regular updates for you and if there is anything else you can think of please get in touch using the contact us button above,
