Washington Sewage Treatment Works Refurbishment

As part of a £14 million investment, we will be carrying out work to improve the performance and reliability of Washington Sewage Treatment Works. This work will ensure it continues to provide the highest standards of service for the local community.

Good afternoon all.

A quick post to notify you that you may hear some noise coming from the site tomorrow as we get the generator tested. There will also be work carried out around the Final Settlement Tank area which will involve using the crane.

Please be assured noise will be kept to a minimum, and work will only be carried out between 7.30 am and 5 pm.
