Gresham Road, Middlesbrough

We are investing approximately £1.1 million in a flood mitigation project to address the long-standing flooding issue on Gresham Road, affecting multiple properties. This investment will not only resolve the flooding problems for these properties but also benefit the wider community by enhancing the capacity and functionality of the sewer network. By ensuring the network can handle current and future demands, this project reduces the potential for flooding and increases overall infrastructure reliability. It reflects our commitment to providing unrivalled customer service, ensuring infrastructure reliability, and upholding environmental stewardship.

As we start a New Year, I wanted to remind you all that we will be commencing with the setup of the Site Compound this week and this should take around 1 week to complete. We will then start with the works, as per the programme.
