The Batts, Frosterley

Good Morning,

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend.

Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. I am Gabrielle Ward, the Customer Liaison Officer for this project.

I have spoken to some of you before over the phone, however I just wanted to post a quick update regarding some work we are carrying out this week.

You may have seen our Bentleys and Pipetek vans around the area recently. This is because we have been carrying out some inspections on the sewer network using CCTV surveys to determine the condition of the pipeline.
After looking at the results of the surveys, we will be returning this week to carry out some repairs to the sewer network by lining the sewer pipe. 

The work will start on Monday 8th June, and will continue Tuesday 9th June, Thursday 11th June and Friday 12th June.
We will keep disruption to a minimum, however I just wanted to make you aware of our vehicles that will be parked around this area for the following week and kindly ask that you are extra vigilant at this time. Your water will not be affected during the works and access will be maintained for all residents.
