Update by Alice Blackett

Good Afternoon

Following my visit to  the residents of Pithouse Lane last week, works began on the Storm Overflows Environmental Improvements Scheme yesterday 19 August 2024.

The team are currently undertaking some ground investigation works and have been digging trial pits to locate the water main. Please see photograph for reference.

Over the next couple of weeks, the team will be setting up site, stripping the topsoil, installing stone, welfare installation and installing a protection slab for the water main.

Please keep an eye out on our portal for future updates as the works progress over the upcoming months.

Please contact us direct if you have any questions at nwl.customer@esh.uk.com

Thank you
