Update by Rachel Rutter

Hi Everyone,

The site fencing and topsoil strip is now complete throughout the main site working areas. Archaeology holes are all completed, and nothing reported.

Investigation works are ongoing within Yarm Sewerage Treatment Works and Northumbrian Water have issued structural surveys, including vibration monitoring.

You may have seen our team have begun work on Yarm School playing fields on Green Lane, installing fencing and completing a topsoil strip.

Traffic management is in place on Thirsk Road using 2-way lights, which will repositioned throughout our work. We will keep you updated as work progresses.

Please contact us direct if you have any questions at nwl.customer@esh.uk.com.

Thank you for your time.

Rachel
