WINEP Teesside Transfers

AS PART OF A £11 MILLION SCHEME, WE WILL BE CARRYING OUT ESSENTIAL WORK TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE AND FLEXIBILITY OF OUR WASTEWATER NETWORK AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT WORKS IN THE LONG NEWTON, GOOSBECK AND MIDDLETON AREA. THE SCHEME WILL HELP TO IMPROVE THE WATER QUALITY OF THE THESE AREAS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE, THE ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE AND ENSURE THAT CRITICAL WASTEWATER ASSETS CONTINUE TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY EFFECTIVELY.

You may see our team working in your area this week, as we begin to install site signage for the temporary entrances across the scheme.

This week we will be working with a number of third party companies while UXO and archaeology surveys are carried out.

Easement fencing and gates continue to be erected in preparation for the rising main work.
