WINEP Teesside Transfers

AS PART OF A £11 MILLION SCHEME, WE WILL BE CARRYING OUT ESSENTIAL WORK TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE AND FLEXIBILITY OF OUR WASTEWATER NETWORK AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT WORKS IN THE LONG NEWTON, GOOSBECK AND MIDDLETON AREA. THE SCHEME WILL HELP TO IMPROVE THE WATER QUALITY OF THE THESE AREAS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE, THE ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE AND ENSURE THAT CRITICAL WASTEWATER ASSETS CONTINUE TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY EFFECTIVELY.

Good afternoon,

The crew continue to lay pipework throughout the scheme and are back filling as they go through farm land to minimalise disruption. Post and rail fencing has been completed in all areas.

The gravity section is in progress, with the team recording any land drains they come across and providing the information to the relevant parties.
