Project updates

Update by Brian Hall

Good morning everyone

Work is progressing well and everything is still on timescale. Unfortunately though the substation was broken into overnight on Wednesday night (29th-30th)

and some of our tools were taken. If anyone saw anything or has any information we would be really grateful if you could let Northumbria Police know by ringing in on 101 and quote reference number fwin 180 of 30th March.

It would be great if we could get some of our property back and catch the thieves responsible.

In any case it hasnt stopped work progressing.

Hope you all have a great weekend

Good morning

Everything going well at the site although we have a fair amount still to do our staff have been able to make good progress. The electricians arrived at site today to start setting up, they will be working on site next week.

We have had to have skips in to remove quite a lot of debris. We have tried to keep deliveries and collections to quiet times, hopefully

this hasn't caused anyone too many problems.

The noisiest parts of the project cutting the concrete away has been done, so we should be quieter now.

Again if you have any problems at all please let me know

Hope you all have a great weekend

Hi everyone

As we start work on site on the 6th March 2017, I thought this would be a great time to introduce our project team.

My name is Brian Hall, the Interserve Community Liaison Offficer and I will oversee the community engagement. I will ensure a high level of customer service and community engagement.  I am visiting the site today to speak to some of the nearby residents and will be on site on a regular basis.  Please feel free to stop me for a chat or just simply to feedback on the work we are doing.

Our Project Manager from Northumbrian Water is Simon Cossar, his priority is the smooth running of the project and welfare of local residents, he is always happy to speak to customers

The gentleman who will be looking after this site on the ground and ensuring the works is completed within timescale, whilst looking after all our and your Health and Safety is Matt Brannan, Interserve Project Manager. He is an experienced project manager and also always happy to speak to customers so feel free to stop and ask him any questions.

As a team we want to ensure all our customers are happy, we will keep the portal updated and keep in touch by speaking to you all face to face.  Please feel free to comment and introduce yourselves, or just to let us know anything about the area.
