The project will reduce the risk of flooding and pollution in Castle Eden Dene by providing additional capacity in the sewer network in the Sunny Blunts area of Peterlee.

AS PART OF THIS COMMITMENT, WE ARE WORKING IN YOUR AREA TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FLOODING AND POLLUTION IN CASTLE EDEN DENE.
We have undertaken extensive investigations and carried out maintenance work to improve the performance of the sewer network in the Castle Eden Dene area. Working with our experienced partner, Mott MacDonald Bentley, we will now be undertaking further work in the Sunny Blunts and Helford Road area to further reduce the risk of flooding and pollution..
