LOOKING AFTER THE ENVIRONMENT AND REDUCING THE RISK OF POLLUTION ARE TWO OF OUR TOP PRIORITIES. AS PART OF THIS COMMITMENT, WE PLAN TO INVEST IN THE SEWERAGE NETWORK TO UPGRADE OUR EXISTING ASSETS.
As part of this commitment, we plan to invest in the sewerage network in your area with the replacement of a sewage pumping main (known as a ‘rising main’) from Lamesley Sewage Pumping Station to Birtley Sewage Treatment Works.
