Project updates

Update by Christine Taylor

Hi all

First of all can I apologise for the delay in our introduction of this portal, this was due to technical issues.

As you may be aware, Northumbrian Water along with Esh-MWH are currently working at Park View, Chester Le Street to upgrade the sewer network.  The work is due to be completed by early December 2017.

I thought this would be a great opportunity to introduce the Esh-MWH project team who will be working closely Brian Ford the Northumbrian Water Project Manager.  I have also attached a photo of Brian along with the rest of the team.

My name is Christine Taylor, the Customer Service Manager working for Esh-MWH on behalf of Northumbrian Water. I have spoken to one or two of the local residents recently and I am happy for any of our customers to contact me direct to discuss any concerns. Over the period of the works you may see me walking around the area with the project team. Please feel free to come and introduce yourself and ask any questions you may have, alternatively you can post messages here on the portal.

Alan Croft, is the Contracts Manager for the scheme working for Esh-MWH on behalf of Northumbrian Water Ltd. He will oversee the progress of works on site, as we improve the sewer network. Alan will be helping to maintain high levels of safety, quality and customer engagement.

Simon Bright is our Site Agent for the project, he will be working on site throughout the duration of the work; overseeing the daily operations of the scheme delivery.

Tony Birkett will be the appointed Community Liaison Officer. Tony has met with some of the local residents over the last few weeks and will be on site regularly, providing support to the site team and the local community. He will be happy to help with any queries you may have.

If you have any queries or questions please feel free to contact one of us
