Good Morning to you,

My name is Joan Tatters and I am Mott MacDonald Bentley's (MMB) Customer Liaison Officer. MMB will be conducting the work on behalf of Northumbrian Water for this project and due course I will introduce the Site Team.

Mark and I had the pleasure of meeting some of you this week, we just want to let you know about some survey work we will be conducting later this month. For two weeks, w/c 26th Feb we will be cleaning the sewer pipe (see the drawing),

whilst there is minimal impact, you will see a vehicle (about the size of a fire engine) that will be pumping out the sludge. Just be that little more vigilant if you are in the area please.
