Project updates

Update by Christine Taylor

Good morning,

As you will have noticed our team are now on site.  Last week the team were setting up the compound area.  The traffic management is now in place on Grand Parade, which has allowed the team to saw cut the trench, start the trial pits, stone up and set up the fencing in the compound.

At this time, I thought it would be a good time to introduce Simon Bright, our Site Agent for the project.  Simon is always on site, managing the site and day to day activities.  He is happy to discuss any concerns with customers if approached direct.

We will aim to keep residents updated regularly as the project progresses.

Good afternoon,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Christine Taylor and I am the Customer Service Manager for Esh Stantec, the supply partner carrying out the works.  Myself  and my colleague, Rachel, were out this afternoon knocking on doors and speaking to some businesses.  I would like to thank you all for taking the time to chat with us.

For those we missed, we will be back out tomorrow morning and then in Crusoe's, Longsands, tomorrow afternoon from 1-5pm.  They have kindly agreed to let me sit in their restaurant, and allow local residents to drop by and chat to our site team.

You can also contact us direct on the portal or via email, nwl.customer@esh.uk.com to arrange a one to one appointment.

Once again thank you for taking the time to meet us today, and hopefully I will see some of our customers tomorrow.

I will post introductions to our site team in the upcoming week.
