Rosehill Road, Willington Quay

Northumbrian Water is looking to improve the resilience and enhance the performance of the sewer network in the Willington catchment. We are proposing the construction of a new sewer overflow at the rear of Marina View, this work will be undertaken within the fenced off compound with site access taken from Rosehill Road. We will also be increasing the size of short sections of the existing sewer within Rosehill Road.

Meet The Team

HI EVERYONE, MY NAME IS GRAHAM WATSON AND I AM THE PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE WORK WE ARE PLANNING ON CARRYING OUT IN YOUR AREA.

Northumbrian Water are working with communities to proactively manage environmental risks. We are committed to providing a high quality service and have identified an opportunity to improve the resilience in the Willington sewer network to reduce the likelihood of environmental incidents.  

Myself and the rest of the project team will be keeping you updated as our plans progress. Notional solution drawings will be posted at the “planned works” tab in due course, the project team  will be working in partnership with all of our external stakeholders to ensure a successful project outcome.
