I just wanted to provide residents with a quick update as you may have seen that we have started to set up our compound area on the grassed area adjacent to Woodview and Salvin Street. 

This week the site team will continue setting up the compound which will remain at this location for the duration of the works.

Last week some residents of Croxdale will have received a letter from Northumbrian Water containing further information with regards to this works.  In the letter it stated that the works will start on the 27 September 2021 through to April next year, so I thought this would be a great time to introduce myself.

My name is Christine Taylor, the Customer Service Manager working for Esh Stantec, on behalf of Northumbrian Water.  It is my responsibility to ensure our customers and the local community are communicated with, and have a point of contact when they have concerns.  Becky Gartland is our Community Liaison Office for this works; working closely with me and the site team. 

Myself and Becky Gartland have been on site today, introducing ourself to the local community.  I would like to thank everyone for their time today, Croxdale is a very friendly community.  Becky will continue visiting over the next few weeks, however if you would like to contact me direct or you have missed us, please send me an email on nwl.customer@esh.uk and we can organise a visit.

Over the next few months we will start posting updates on here, the portal, we would encourage all our customers to comment or ask questions.
