Good morning
Some of the residents of Boldon Flats will have seen or spoke to me and my colleague Tony over the last two days. We have been delivering letters of notification to the residents of Moor Lane, Broadlands, West Meadows Road and Moorfields Gardens of upcoming traffic management.
As of Monday the 16 January 2017 we will be installing a 3 way traffic light system on Moor Lane, at the junction of West Meadows Road. These will be in place up to a 5 week period.
We will keep you updated with our progress and let you know if this timescale changes. Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding.

Happy New Year!!
Although our site will not be open until Monday the 9th January 2017, I thought I would take this opportunity to wish you all best wishes for the new year. Myself and Tony have been discussing New Year Resolutions, and I have had to confess to not making any!
Have any of you made any, and if so what are they?
Is anyone brave enough to share....
You never know I may be inspired :-)

Hi all,
Just a quick update for you.
Ocean Park
We have completed two thirds of the actual Attenuation Tank, including the placement of the roof slabs and concrete roof screed, we have also this week installed the last third of the structural base slab.
On our return next year we shall continue to install the remainder of the internal wall units and roof slabs.
Boldon Flats
We have continued in the farmers fields with the installation of the new drainage network.
We have had the trees removed on Moor Lane adjacent to The Bungalow in preparation for our proposed road crossing in the turn of the year.
Morrison's
The works which we have carried on the sea front, adjacent to Martino's, and Shore Amusements is now complete.
On our return following the Christmas holiday break we plan to commence phase 2 of the works, from Cut Throat Dene and up Lowery Road into the Local Authority car park.
We thank you very much for your patience and cooperation whilst we are carrying out these essential drainage upgrade works.
We are securing all our work areas for the Christmas holiday break, and would like to thank you once again, from all of the site team.
Have a lovely Christmas and a happy new year.

What a great day we had at Ocean Park site yesterday!
Our budding engineer, James, aged 7 came to visit us on site with bundles of energy. James has a keen interest in our works so we invited him to meet some of our team, see the machinery and ensure our site team are working hard enough.
I think he enjoyed himself :-)
We want to thank both James and his mum for visiting and sharing your Christmas spirit and energy.
James will be coming back to site in January to make sure we are on schedule, watch out for updates

Good morning
Mixed news at St Peter's this week. Firstly, due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to work this weekend just gone. This means we'll be unable to work early as we'd planned this week. On the plus side, it means we won't disturb the local residents as much as we'd planned! We'll be in touch to let you know when we rearrange this for.

Good Afternoon
In our letter at the beginning of the scheme, we stated that we may occasionally need to work weekends. St Peter's this weekend is one of those weekends! We'll mostly be working pouring concrete, so other than general site noise, it shouldn't be especially noisy. We expect to work between 8.00am and 4.30pm on Saturday 17 December 2016 and 9.00am til 3.30pm on Sunday 18 December 2016.
I hope it doesn't disturb local residents too much
Tony
